Someone who finds your pet taps their phone on the tag and your number comes up to call — no app, no battery, nothing to peel off or wear away. Pet ID tag for dogs and cats
A round or bone-shaped tag with your pet's name engraved on the front, phone number on the back, and the sealed NFC chip as a second layer — the same tag whether it's the family dog, a cat that ranges further, or a batch for a shelter or foster group.
How it's sealed in
- The print pauses mid-way at a named layer, the 25 mm round NTAG213 chip drops into a Ø25.6 mm cavity, and the print closes over it — about 1.2 mm of PLA on each face, so the tag comes out at 3.4 mm total instead of the usual 2.8 mm.
- Nothing to peel off, no sticker edge to catch on a collar, and it reads straight through the print — same as tapping a phone on any of our other sealed-chip products.
What happens on a tap
We program your phone number in before shipping, so a finder's tap brings up "Call [your number]" instantly, with no app and nothing that depends on a website being up. You can instead choose your own option — an SMS or a web link — and change it any time with any free NFC app. — the chip just does what you told us, and stays rewritable unless you ask us to lock it.

- 25 mm round NTAG213 sticker and 21 × 11 mm rectangular NTAG213 sticker, both in stock and included — pick whichever suits the tag shape.
- The chip needs a Round tag, Medium size or larger; the studio greys out sizes and shapes that are too small to fit it.
- Keep the engraved name and phone number on the tag as well — NFC is the second layer, not a replacement for it. Never put a home address on a pet tag, NFC or engraved; phone number and suburb is plenty.
