Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For major failures with a product, you are entitled to a replacement or refund, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. If a failure does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have it fixed within a reasonable time — and if it is not fixed, to a refund or replacement. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.
In addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, we accept change-of-mind returns within 30 days of delivery for standard (non-personalised) products, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is at the customer's expense.
Change-of-mind returns are not available for personalised or custom-made items (such as custom letters, custom designs, or parts printed to the customer's specifications or from customer-supplied files). Your Australian Consumer Law rights for faulty items still apply in full to custom orders.
Designs and files provided by the customer remain their property and responsibility. By submitting a file, the customer warrants that they have the right to have it printed. Formada3D is not liable for any intellectual property infringements related to designs supplied by customers.
For any complaints, please contact us at [email protected]. We commit to responding within a maximum of 30 days. You may also contact Consumer Affairs Victoria or the ACCC for consumer matters.
