A square, stepped station that keeps a rotary tool and all its bits in one place on the desk. Four tiers climb from a parts bin at the front to an upright tool holster at the back, so everything is in reach and nothing rolls away. Choose the Plain body or the Fluted edition with the fine vertical ribs from our Fluted range; the tool layout is identical.
Fits: designed for the Dremel 4000 and Dremel 4250 rotary tools (the 4250 shares the 4000 body) and the Dremel 225 flex-shaft handpiece. Dremel is a trademark of its owner; this is an independent accessory, tool not included.
The holster is tapered, 24 mm across at the nose opening widening to 57 x 57 mm at the top and 80 mm deep, so the tool stands nose-down and seats on its own taper; it was sized from the Dremel 4000 body model (about 54 x 54 mm across the main body) and the Dremel 4250 datasheet. The flex-shaft pocket is 37 mm round and 60 mm deep, sized for the 225 handpiece (25 x 35 mm). Other rotary tools: check your tool's body and handpiece against these dimensions before ordering.
In the box: one Rotary Tool Station. The rotary tool, flex shaft, bits, mandrels, sanding drums and brushes shown are not included. Product images are renders of the design; the Fluted edition pictures are renders, not photos of a printed part.
Use & heat: Designed to hold a rotary tool at rest. Switch the tool off and let it stop before you dock it, and let a hot nose cool first: the organiser is PLA, which can soften above about 55 °C, so keep it away from heaters, hot water and direct sun. It is a holder, not a work surface: do not run the tool while it is docked. Store cutting bits point-down and keep sharp bits out of reach of children. Not covered: damage from heat, solvents, modification, or use the product isn't designed for. This doesn't affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Colour & finish. Each piece is printed to order, so slight colour or sheen differences can occur between filament batches. Fine layer lines are part of the 3D-printed finish. This doesn't affect strength or fit.
Can I get a drawer base designed to sit under this?
Yes, as custom design work. We drew a modular drawer base concept around the Paint Rack Gallery Ladder and the Rotary Tool Station: sections that lock together with no glue or screws, one deep drawer each, a bin module, brush rail and display shelf. It is a design concept shown as renders and is quoted for your setup — see the custom hobby workstation base concept.
What material is the Rotary Tool Station — Bit, Brush & Flex Shaft Organiser (Plain or Fluted) printed in?
