Every folding piece is one listing with two options. Choose STL files if you have a printer — it is an instant download with the print-in-place walls, the test coupon, the print settings and the piece's full-footprint base plate, and you snip the hinge pin from any 1.75 mm spool. Choose Printed & shipped and we print it in Melbourne, fit the pins, check the fold and post it to you flat. The Gothic Ruins folding set has its full release at the end of 2026 and single pieces are 30% off until then.
It folds. The walls print as ONE print-in-place object with the hinges already made — nothing is glued and nothing is assembled. A snipped length of 1.75 mm filament through each hinge column is the only pin, and pulling the corner pins lets the halves fold flat.
Measured on our own prints: the large ruin goes from 265 × 137 × 122 mm deployed to 262 × 31 × 122 mm folded — 77% less storage volume. The bell tower folds to a 37 mm slab, 29% less volume, and flat pieces stack where a hollow box cannot.
None of the three. Walls print standing exactly as placed at 0.2 mm layers with no supports, floors and base plates print flat, and the hinge pin is a piece of your own 1.75 mm filament. No hardware is supplied with a digital download; the printed version arrives with its pins already fitted.
